No. Seatti only records whether a user is connected to the office network — no GPS, no movement profiles, no room-level tracking. The data is GDPR-compliant and works council–approved.
After a configurable grace period, the booking is automatically cancelled and the space is released for others. The user can optionally receive a notification.
Yes. Separate networks or IP ranges can be configured per location. Seatti automatically assigns the login to the right location — no manual selection by employees required.
